Welcome to PersonaClone AI. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

PersonaClone.AI provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate images based on text prompts using generative artificial intelligence technology. Services include image generation, history tracking, and credit-based subscription tiers.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account via Google or Email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

  • Credit System: Generation of images requires "Credits." Each subscription tier provides a specific monthly allowance of credits.
  • Non-Refundable: Subscription fees and purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Tier Changes: We reserve the right to modify the features or credit limits of any subscription tier (Free, Starter, Pro, Elite) with prior notice.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

Your Prompts: You retain ownership of the text prompts you input into the service.

Generated Images: To the extent permitted by law, you own the images generated by the service. However, due to the nature of machine learning, you acknowledge that outputs may not be unique and other users may generate similar content.

Note on AI Ethics: You agree not to use the service to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit content. You must comply with the Google Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

5. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your Firestore data and generation history will be permanently removed from our active servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

PersonaClone.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content or for any damages resulting from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service provider.
