Account & Data Deletion

MomentForge respects your privacy and your right to be forgotten. You can instantly and permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can instantly wipe your local vault, cloud account, and cached media directly within the MomentForge app:

Open the MomentForge app and navigate to the About tab on the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll down to the Data & Privacy section.
Tap the red Delete Account button.
Confirm the prompt. This action is irreversible.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer we handle it manually, you can submit a deletion request. This will purge your Firebase Auth profile, generated reports, and cloud metadata within 7 days.
