By downloading, accessing, or using MomentForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. User Content & Responsibility

MomentForge allows users to upload media and generate AI-assisted music. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the media you generate. You agree not to upload copyrighted material without permission, nor use the app to generate offensive, illegal, or prohibited content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Colleague Hub and MomentForge are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application. By using this app, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless MomentForge, IT Colleague Hub, and its operators from any legal liability, copyright claims, or disputes arising from the content you generate or upload.

4. Reporting Content

If you encounter inappropriate AI-generated content, you must use the in-app "Report" function to flag it for our review team.
